Undrakh-Erdene P. has specialized in following areas including contract law (specifically, high value deal making in a business environment), contract dispute resolution, investment, share acquisition, credit, insurance, securities, banking, immovable assets and construction, and labor law.

He provides wide-ranging law practices to clients and he has rendered services in cases such as illegal administrative decisions, economic crimes, frauds and corruptions.
He brought several cases and argued them to be unconstitutional before the Constitutional Court (Tsets) and he successfully won them.
