P. Undrakh-Erdene graduated from the School of Law of the National University of Mongolia. He previously worked as a lawyer at “Credit Mongolia” NBFI and as a legal officer at “XacBank,” among other positions.
P. Undrakh-Erdene specializes in business and corporate law, including the negotiation and execution of major commercial agreements and the resolution of disputes arising therefrom; investment transactions; share purchase and sale transactions; lending and financing; insurance; securities; banking and finance; real estate and construction; and employment law.
He is also a licensed lawyer authorized to provide professional legal services in Mongolia’s securities market.
P. Undrakh-Erdene has extensive experience in legal representation and advisory work in cases involving abuse of office, fraud and economic crimes, as well as matters relating to unlawful administrative decisions and actions.
He has also brought several cases before the Constitutional Court of Mongolia concerning the constitutionality of Mongolian legislation, successfully resolving such constitutional disputes.
He has received the following awards and honors:
- the “Advocate’s Excellence” Badge of the Mongolian Bar Association;
- the “Certificate of Honor” of the Ministry of Justice; and
- the “Certificate of Honor” of the Financial Regulatory Commission.
In 2023, P. Undrakh-Erdene was recognized and awarded as the “Outstanding Lawyer of the Year.”
In 2024, he was awarded the title and badge of “Leading Advocate,” the highest distinction conferred by the Mongolian Bar Association.
A graduate of the School of Law, National University of Mongolia. He worked as a prosecutor by supervising criminal investigations and the execution of criminal penalties. He takes mostly criminal cases.
He is certified to represent a client in any tier of a court in the justice system including civil court, administrative court, and criminal court.
He will carry out legal and professional translations from Russian.
